We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.

Liability for content

We are responsible for our own content on our websites and in our apps under general law. For information transmitted or stored by users (e.g. community posts), the liability rules of Articles 4 to 6 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act) apply. There is no general obligation to monitor such information or to actively seek facts indicating illegal activity (Art. 8 DSA). As soon as we become aware of illegal content, we will remove it without undue delay.
